My name is Melina Neufeld and I made the art on this website. I'm a self-taught artist currently travelling the world for a year. You can keep up with my exploits via my blog. (I post some art on there too.)(Occasionally.)

I mostly work with acrylic paint on canvas, but am equally adept with Illustrator and Photoshop, and screenprinting on textiles (especially if I'm going to a concert and need a cool shirt to wear). I'm also experienced in web design (I created and maintain my mum's site tiggys.ca along with my own).

Mostly my projects have been personal or gifts for friends and family, and I've done loads of pro-bono graphic design work for a charity called the Zimbabwe Gecko Society including creating an informational video. Here's their YouTube channel. Last year I was asked to donate a painting for an art fundraiser at the Gateway Theatre in Richmond. It was professionally appraised at double what I expected, so I asked for it back so I could sell it. Just kidding.

Other than that? I love horror movies, classic rock and indie music, sushi, comic books (yep I'm cool), Kurt Vonnegut (Jr), eating candy and cuddling puppy dogs. Anything else you'd like to know please contact me!
